INSTRUCTION TO MEMBERS

  1. All completed forms are to be submitted with the Finished Artwork of the product and how the “Logo for Products with Reduced Packaging” will appear on the product packaging (together with other wordings, pictures or logos). Only commercially sensitive information may be left out of the Finished Artwork.
     
  2. Provide documentary proof (e.g. document from packaging suppliers, samples of old and new packaging) to show that the packaging had undergone some reduction in material usage.
     
  3. Approval needs to be sought from the Packaging Partnership Programme Advisory Committee, for each product which will bear the LPRP, prior to any use of the LPRP on the qualifying consumer product packaging.
     
  4. Members will be informed by email if the Packaging Partnership Programme Advisory Committee has any comments to the proposed use. Processing time would take about 14 working days if all required information/drawings are promptly provided and are satisfactory.
